There’s a new Avionics Manager at Leading Edge Avionics, and we couldn’t be any happier. Tim Jones has been with our company since 2009, and since then, has served as a tremendous knowledgebase for customers and technicians alike.

Just like everyone in the Leading Edge family, Tim shares a passion for all things aviation. His very first stint in the industry came as an avionics technician working on Bell AH-1 Super Cobra and UH-1N Huey attack helicopters. After that, Tim held progressively senior roles at one of the top repair stations in the Midwest overseeing installs on Pilatus, Hawkers, Falcons and more.

Tim’s experience and natural leadership abilities made him the perfect person to become the Avionics Manager at Leading Edge. In the past few years, he’s spearheaded installations and repairs on a wide range of airframes, from Moonies to Gulfstream Vs and Falcon 900s

And did we mention that our customers love him? That’s because Tim is committed to creating customer experiences that reflect our core values and he leads by example. He challenges the team to go above and beyond each and every day, focusing on creating value through superior quality and service.
